Payment Process
How are the payments handled?
Project Details
Payments will be made on the 10th of each month. Before starting an ongoing project, there is an upfront $100 fee to secure your spot in our agency. This fee will be deducted from your first payment.
Why is there an upfront fee?
The $100 upfront fee ensures your spot in our agency and confirms your commitment to the project. This amount is not an additional cost, as it will be subtracted from your first payment.
How can I make payments?
All payments—including the upfront fee and ongoing project fees—are processed securely via Wise or bank transfer for your convenience.
Can I request refunds?
The upfront fee is non-refundable, as it guarantees your spot in the agency.
When will the first payment be made?
In addition to the upfront fee, if you begin the project on the 1st of this month, your first payment will be charged on the 10th of the following month.
Do you provide an ongoing service or is it a one-time payment?
We usually work as an ongoing service. However, if you’re interested in a one-time project, send us a message, and we can discuss your specific needs.
Do you provide reports?
Yes, each customer receives a personalized report tailored to our project goals and performance.
How often is the communication?
We provide weekly overviews, and the frequency of meetings depends on the project. We have conducted both weekly and monthly meetings in the past based on customer preferences and project requirements.
Where are the meetings held?
Meetings are conducted via Google Meet for convenience and accessibility.
Do you implement CRO or coding?
We do not code or directly implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). However, we can guide you on the best layout practices,
Expectations
In how many days can I see better results?
The timeframe depends on several factors that need optimization at the start. If your product or service is strong and has a good sales history, applying our recommendations could yield better results within 2–3 months.
What do I need to start this partnership?
To get started, you'll need to pay the upfront fee, complete an onboarding questionnaire, and grant access to key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Merchant Center, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), GTM (Google Tag Manager), your sales platform, and your Source of Truth (e.g., WorkMagic, NorthBean), if applicable.
The questionnaire covers topics like your competitors, past strategies (both successful and unsuccessful), and other critical insights that will guide our approach. If you’re unsure how to grant access to any platform, our team will provide full support throughout the process.
Is there a penalty for delayed payment?
Yes, there is a daily late fee of 1% of the total amount due.
For example, if your monthly fee is $4,000, the first day of delay will incur a 1% fee, which equals $40. On the second day, the late fee will be 1% of $4,040 ($40,40) , and this penalty is cumulative for each additional day of delay.
Service
How does the service commitment work?
We believe in delivering excellent service that speaks for itself, which is why we don’t require long-term commitments. Our priority is to consistently provide value that makes you want to stay.
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, you’re free to cancel at any time.
If you choose to cancel between the 1st and 15th of the month, you’ll only be charged for the current month. If cancellation occurs between the 16th and the end of the month, the current and following month will be billed
Video Ads Creation
How does the video ad creation process work?
Once you complete a detailed questionnaire about your product, benefits, and offers, our team will write a script for your approval. After you approve the script, we’ll handle the entire production and post-production process. Once the final video is approved, BeCare will upload the video ads directly to your Meta Ads account.
How long does it take to receive the video ads?
You’ll receive your video ads within 14 days after we receive your product.
Can I hire BeCare for ad management only, without video creation?
Yes, you can hire us just for ad management. However, your first video ad is free, even if you choose not to continue with the video creation service. BeCare will still deliver it
Can I get my product back after sending it for the video?
Yes, you can. We’ll return your product as long as you cover the shipping costs.
