Our Founder

Fernando Martins Justo holds a degree in Materials Engineering and Manufacturing from USP in São Carlos, with a stint in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Budapest, as well as an MBA in Management and Leadership from FGV. Although he was prepared to pursue a solid career as an employee, he decided to venture into the world of entrepreneurship. Thus, Becare was born. Becare Digital is the result of several previous attempts, such as Becare Solutions and Becare Workouts, each contributing to Fernando's learning and evolution. With Becare Digital, he found his true purpose, standing out in digital marketing and helping companies grow.

Our History

Becare Solutions was the first attempt at a marketing agency, focusing on organic social media. Shortly after, the Líder Justo project emerged, aimed at teaching management and leadership at affordable prices – the course is still available on Udemy. There was also Becare Workouts, an endeavor dedicated to selling sports accessories, as well as experiences with buying and selling on Mercado Livre and Amazon. After various initiatives and learnings, Fernando decided to work in agencies to gain more experience in the market.

With 5 years of experience in other agencies, including 1 year at an agency in the U.S., Becare Digital was born. The focus is clear: to help companies grow in the digital space. The company's symbol is the chameleon, an animal known for its incredible ability to adapt. Therefore, at Becare, we don’t just say we do digital marketing; we help you thrive in the digital realm.
