How are the payments handled?
Project Details
Payments will be made on the 10th of each month via PayPal. Before starting an ongoing project, there is an upfront $100 fee to secure your spot in our agency. This fee will be deducted from your first payment.
Why is there an upfront fee?
The $100 upfront fee ensures your spot in our agency and confirms your commitment to the project. This amount is not an additional cost, as it will be subtracted from your first payment.
How can I make payments?
All payments, including the upfront fee and ongoing project payments, are processed through PayPal for secure and convenient transactions
Can I request refunds?
The upfront fee is non-refundable, as it guarantees your spot in the agency.
When will the first payment be made?
In addition to the upfront fee, if you begin the project on the 1st of this month, your first payment will be charged on the 10th of the following month.
Do you provide an ongoing service or is it a one-time payment?
We usually work as an ongoing service. However, if you’re interested in a one-time project, send us a message, and we can discuss your specific needs.
How many people will manage my project?
Just one. We are a growth agency where each person is skilled in areas like CRO, UX, SEO, and CRM. While we are not developers, we will guide you with best practices and ensure your project is managed effectively.
How are the project deliveries handled?
Our approach prioritizes the most impactful tasks first. We aim for one significant delivery per week, focusing on managing your digital platforms while improving your SEO, CRO, and UX. Every improvement we make is intended to drive revenue growth.
Do you provide reports?
Yes, each customer receives a personalized report tailored to our project goals and performance.
How often is the communication?
We provide weekly overviews, and the frequency of meetings depends on the project. We have conducted both weekly and monthly meetings in the past based on customer preferences and project requirements.
Where are the meetings held?
Meetings are conducted via Google Meet for convenience and accessibility.
Do you implement CRO or coding?
We do not code or directly implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). However, we can guide you on the best layout practices, tag implementation for Meta Ads and Google Ads, and recommend professionals or teams for development work.
Expectations
In how many days can I see better results?
The timeframe depends on several factors that need optimization at the start. If your product or service is strong and has a good sales history, applying our recommendations could yield better results within 2–3 months.
What do I need to start this partnership?
To begin, you’ll need to pay the upfront fee, provide access to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Merchant Center, GA4 ( Google Analytics 4) , GTM ( Google Tag Manager) , and the sales platform, and complete an onboarding questionnaire. The questionnaire includes questions about your competitors, strategies that have worked and haven’t worked, and other key insights to guide our approach. If you’re unsure how to grant access to the platforms, we’ll provide full support to assist you.
Will you help me with designs?
I won’t create the designs or artwork, but I can provide valuable insights and suggestions to ensure your visuals align with the project goals.
Is there a penalty for delayed payment?
Yes, there is a daily late fee of 1% of the total amount due.
For example, if your monthly fee is $2,000, the first day of delay will incur a 1% fee, which equals $20. On the second day, the late fee will be 1% of $2,200 ($22) , and this penalty is cumulative for each additional day of delay.
Service
How does the service commitment work?
We believe in providing excellent service that speaks for itself, which is why we don’t require long-term commitments. Our focus is on delivering value that keeps you with us.
If you decide to discontinue the service between day 1 and day 15 of the month, you’ll only pay for the current month. If you decide to leave between day 16 and the end of the month, you’ll be charged for the current month as well as the following month.
